Alyson Stein is a Vice President and Director of Development at Forward Housing, responsible for acquisitions and financial closings. Alyson spent eight years at Preservation of Affordable Housing, Inc. (POAH), a national, Boston-based nonprofit owner of affordable housing properties, where she managed the acquisition and rehabilitation of affordable housing properties, and was involved in all aspects of properties’ redevelopment, from financing applications through stabilization. Alyson also worked as a summer associate at L+M Development Partners in New York. Alyson holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning with a concentration in real estate development from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design, and a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
