John DiMarco is a Vice President at Forward Housing based in the New York office where he manages investor relations activities.

John joined R4 Capital in 2018 and spent six years on R4’s Acquisitions team, closing a wide variety of LIHTC transactions throughout the United States, representing over $300 million of total invested equity.

Prior to joining R4, John started his career at an investment banking and capital markets company where he worked on transactions totaling over $5 billion which included acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and dispositions.

John earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
